This highly anticipated event offers an inspiring exploration of the architectural charm and character that defines Historic Kenwood. This year’s tour will feature homes ranging from 97 to 106 years old and a high concentration of Craftsman Bungalows. We are also thrilled to celebrate the Centennial birthday of St. Pete High School, the nation’s first million-dollar high school.
BungalowFest is more than just a home tour, it’s a celebration of design, community, and creativity. Proceeds directly benefit neighborhood initiatives including community care programs, support for local artists, beautification and maintenance projects, and vibrant gatherings that bring neighbors together year-round.
Click the here to purchase tickets through Eventbrite. Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 the day of the event. Check-in and registration will begin at St. Petersburg High School. Stroll at your own pace or use the free continuous trolleys provided by our official transportation sponsor Jolley Trolley.
